How I work.
I think most AI projects fail because they automate the wrong question. The framework I run on — and built Innolabs around — is three legs of a stool:
Intuition — the operator's gut. AI — machine memory and scale. Domain expertise — local depth that makes the answer survive reality. Remove one and it falls.
When this works, software listens — it doesn't lecture. Decisions compound instead of getting lost in tickets and spreadsheets.
