How much does it actually cost?

POS-only: $299/year. Complete Business: $799/year base, plus $10.90–$13.90/user/month for each back-office user who needs accounting, payroll, or HR access.

Example: a business with 1 accountant and 1 HR manager pays $799 + 2 users × $10.90 = $799 + $261.60/year in licenses.

Do my cashiers need a license?

No. POS cashiers, warehouse staff, and field teams do not need Odoo licenses. Only staff working in the back office — accounting, payroll, HR, or CRM — require a license. Most businesses need 1–3.

Is there a setup fee?

Implementation is scoped and quoted separately, based on your business size and which modules you need. We offer a free 30-minute assessment before any commitment.

How long to go live?

Typically 3–6 weeks from signed scope to live system, depending on the number of modules and data migration complexity. POS-only deployments are often faster.

What does CamInvoice (e-invoicing) setup involve?

CamInvoice (e-invoice.gov.kh) is Cambodia's national e-invoicing system — separate from GDT tax filing. We handle the CamInvoice integration setup as part of implementation. Your invoices are submitted through our certified integration automatically — no separate tool or manual upload required.

Can we start with POS and add accounting later?

Yes. POS Tier is the most common starting point. When you are ready to add accounting, payroll, or e-invoicing, we upgrade your instance and add the relevant licenses. Your POS data carries over.
