How It Works

We'd like to understand your business challenges before we meet. Instead of filling out a form, you'll have a conversation with an AI assistant that will ask you 20 questions about how your business runs day to day.

The AI won't recommend any products or solutions. It's only there to listen and organize what you share into a clear report.

What You'll Need

  • 20–30 minutes of uninterrupted time
  • Access to ChatGPT (chat.openai.com) or Claude (claude.ai) — free accounts work fine
  • The prompt below

Step by Step

  1. Open the AI — Go to chat.openai.com or claude.ai and start a new conversation.
  2. Paste the prompt — Copy the text from innolabs.dev/discovery.md and paste it into the AI chat. Press enter.
  3. Answer the questions — The AI will ask questions one at a time. Answer in your own words. Be specific and honest — the more real your answers, the more useful the report.
  4. Get your report — After the last question, the AI generates a Problem Assessment Report.
  5. Send us the report — Copy the report and email it to [email protected] or message us on Telegram/WhatsApp at +855 88 706 8879.

Tips for Great Answers

  • Give real examples, not general statements
  • If something is frustrating, say so — don't sugarcoat it
  • "I don't know" is a perfectly valid answer
  • Talk about what actually happens, not what's supposed to happen
