Innolabs began as AngkorHUB — a coworking and social innovation centre in Siem Reap, Cambodia. The space closed in 2020. The mission did not. Today we build software for organisations that move people forward, not products that move metrics.

Five years of coworking, ten years of building.
AngkorHUB ran from 2015 to 2020 in Siem Reap. Coworking, coliving, weekly community events, vocational tutorials, partner-hosted lectures. In a country where the living wage was set at $177/month, we built spaces where people could take career risks they couldn't afford alone.
When the physical space closed in March 2020, the technology team that grew alongside it kept going — and scaled. Today's Innolabs is the operating arm of that mission.

Local infrastructure for local business
We build Cambodia tax and payroll compliance into Odoo (l10n_kh, GDT e-invoicing, NSSF withholding, dual currency) so local businesses don't have to choose between legal operation and operational sanity.
Same engineering, every client
APOPO trusts our DevOps for global landmine-detection infrastructure. Phare Performing Social Enterprise runs accounting on our Odoo stack. We pick partners we'd be proud to be associated with — and deliver the same engineering rigour we'd give a Series-B startup.
The arbitrage isn't margin
Cambodian engineers with regional and European expertise. Local salaries, global delivery quality. The economics aren't a margin grab — they're the reason it's possible to do this work and still serve clients who couldn't otherwise afford it.
