INNOLABS COMMUNITY
Tools built for Cambodia,
by a company that grew up here.
We've been part of the local startup community since 2013. These are the free, privacy-first tools we've built because they needed to exist.
Where this started
In 2013 we opened AngkorHub in Siem Reap — Cambodia's first coworking space, and the country's first coworking + coliving combination. It was a place for local entrepreneurs, visiting builders, and the people between them to find each other.
Over seven years we ran workshops, mentored founders, and grew a network that became the seed of today's Innolabs. The space closed in 2020, but the habit didn't: build tools that serve the people next to you, then give them away.
These projects are what that habit looks like in 2026.
What we're building right now
🇰🇭 Cambodia Postal Codes
The complete NCDD administrative hierarchy and every official postal code, searchable in English or Khmer, with village-level GPS. Free API for devs.
Use cases: E-commerce checkout, logistics routing, form validation.
💝 GiveKH
Anyone with a Bakong account can become a fundraiser in 60 seconds. Transparent QR campaigns with real-time donation tracking. We don't touch the money — it goes straight to the cause.
Use cases: Medical emergencies, school supplies, community projects, temple renovations.
💳 KHQR Bot
Your phone, your POS, zero fees. Speak the amount, get the QR, done. Accept payments like a business without buying a terminal.
Use cases: Tuk-tuk drivers, street vendors, freelancers, market stall owners.
🛺 HelloTukTuk
Ride with a real tuktuk driver, not an algorithm. Supports local drivers directly without the extraction of international ride-share platforms.
Use cases: Daily commute, airport runs, tourism.
🚕 ShareTheRide
Intercity shared taxi on Telegram. Same road, shared cost. Don't pay for four empty seats — post your trip or join someone else's.
Use cases: Phnom Penh ↔ Siem Reap, airport runs, weekend trips home.
🌬️ Aircon.help
A community guide to picking the best AC temperature settings for Cambodia's climate — comfort without wasting power.
Use cases: Home, office, classrooms, guesthouses looking to stay cool efficiently.

How we build these
Free to use, free to leave.
No lock-in, no dark patterns. Data export is always available.
Privacy by default.
We don't sell user data. Period. When we can use anonymous aggregates we do; when we need to process identifiable data, we say so.
Cambodia-first.
Built for conditions on the ground: intermittent connectivity, dual-currency, Khmer typography, local payment rails (KHQR, Bakong, ABA).
Open where we can be.
Specs and schemas are public so others can build on them. Code is open-sourced where licensing allows.

Some of our projects are open-source and accept PRs. Others accept design, translation, or field-testing help.
Get in touch →Innolabs is a working software company. Community tools are how we stay close to the ground. The paying work — POS, Cloud, CTO as a Service — is what funds these.
