What the voucher is worth.
There are two ceilings, and which one applies depends on the certificate your business holds.

If the solution you choose costs more than your voucher, you cover the difference. The voucher cannot be spent on your own internet, hardware or staff.

The smallest useful first step, and the one the grant was designed for. At 1,000,000 KHR it lands on the informal economy ceiling exactly, and well under the registered one, so a full-value voucher covers it either way.

The included hosting is an Odoo Online plan that runs one app, which is CRM. When you are ready to add invoicing, inventory or payroll, we move you onto a full plan and quote it then. Prefer your data hosted in Cambodia? That version is 1,600,000 KHR, setup and first year included.

What each one costs, and what is left for you to pay once the voucher is applied. Registered businesses draw on a 1,600,000 KHR ceiling, informal economy operators on 1,000,000 KHR. CRM Starter is the only package that costs you nothing on either track.

These figures assume your voucher is approved at the full ceiling. The amount is decided by Techo Startup Center, not by us. Prices exclude tax.
Do you qualify?
If your business is registered
You hold a Ministry of Commerce certificate and have been trading for at least six months at the date you apply. Your ceiling is 1,600,000 KHR.
If it is not registered
You can still apply, on an Informal Economy certificate, with a clear statement of what the voucher is for. No Ministry of Commerce registration, and the six-month rule does not apply. Your ceiling is 1,000,000 KHR, which still covers CRM Starter in full.
What moves you up the queue
Priority goes to businesses not yet using any digital system, businesses that need one to grow, and sectors the government has named as priorities.
Outside all of that?
Still worth applying. Techo Startup Center assesses each application on the real situation of the business, not on a checklist alone.
A digital adoption plan, saying what you will actually do with the system, is part of the application. We help you write it, at no charge, whether or not you end up buying anything from us.
How it works.
- Register on the EGD platform and join the digital adoption session. Both are part of the programme.
- Talk to us, free. We show you the system running, listen to how you work today, and tell you honestly which package fits, or whether none of them does.
- Apply for your voucher on the EGD platform and choose Inno Labs KH Co., Ltd. as your solution provider.
- We build it, you start using it. Setup, your data, and training for your team, in Khmer.
- Report and get reimbursed. You report progress to Techo Startup Center, every three months, on what changed: sales, productivity, cost. They pay you back.
