— The Lab
Built here.
First.
Innolabs is a venture studio as much as a consulting practice. What we ship for ourselves becomes the infrastructure we offer clients. What we learn in the lab shapes how we work. Some projects grow into their own companies.
The same team runs both sides — and that is the point. Enterprise clients bring rigour, hard constraints, and real accountability to early-stage ideas that would otherwise stay shaky. Lab thinking brings speed, first-principles design, and cheap assumption validation to enterprise problems that would otherwise spend six months in discovery. Neither side works as well without the other.
All ventures and products on this page are IP of Innolabs Pte Ltd (UEN 202615963K, Singapore) — the IP holding and venture entity of the Innolabs group.

hopcall
Reinventing how a call starts.
A permanent personal call URL — hopcall.app/w/you — that asks one question when tapped: available now? If yes, the call begins instantly in the browser. If not, it proposes open calendar slots. No missed connections, no back-and-forth scheduling.
- No accounts, no installs for guests
- Instant call or calendar — caller decides
- AI transcript + summary after every call

vichea.app
AI-powered lead capture and qualification.
An AI lead-generation platform that turns content into qualified pipeline. Built and operated as a standalone product — and where some of our applied AI ideas find production users first before they reach client work.

Last-mile delivery
Own-fleet last-mile infrastructure for Cambodia commerce.
Software and operations infrastructure for last-mile delivery built on the Getloy foundation — own-fleet model, Telegram-native dispatch, connected to the same commerce infrastructure our merchants already use.

Mapon
The 1,000 riel that isn't in your pocket.
A sub-$1 KHQR micro-payment rail for Cambodia's informal economy. ESP32 terminals validate payments directly through Bakong; NFC and BLE beacons enable ambient payment discovery. Not a payment app — a payment rail sized for the sub-$1 economy that cash can't make change for.
Wedge use case: parking. Broader market: moto attendants, security guards, valet, informal workers whose livelihood depends on micro-fees. Dignity for the informal economy.

Hardware prototypes
ESP32, LoRa mesh, RFID, environmental sensors.
Custom hardware prototypes shipped from concept to working device in weeks — for clients, partners, and our own ideas. Where the right answer involves a sensor or a payment-capable device, not just software.

HelloTuktuk
The tuktuk is right there. Just hire it.
QR-based tuktuk hiring for Cambodia. Passengers generate a QR with their destination via Telegram and show it to any nearby driver. Driver scans once, sees pickup and destination, taps accept. Payment goes direct to the driver's KHQR account — zero commission, forever.
- No app install — works on any phone via Telegram
- Driver keeps 100% via direct KHQR payment
- 10-second driver onboarding

Several things are cooking that are not on this page yet. Some are too early to name. Some are waiting on the right partner or market condition. If you are working in a space where Cambodia-adapted infrastructure, applied AI, or commerce tooling is relevant — it is worth a conversation.

Getloy — Cambodia
commerce infrastructure.
It started as a problem. Payment APIs existed in Cambodia, but documentation was scarce and integrations were brittle. We built our own integration layer to solve it — first for ourselves, then for online sellers.
That layer grew into something bigger: a foundation model for Cambodia-adapted commerce. Today, Getloy is the infrastructure all our own products run on — and the platform that lets Innolabs ship commerce solutions faster than starting from scratch every time.
The model is simple: own the infrastructure, then build everything on top of it. Fleet management, last-mile dispatch, e-commerce tooling, KHQR payment integration, Telegram bots and mini-apps — all connected to the same core, all adapted for how Cambodia actually works.
Own infrastructure
A shared commerce infrastructure layer that Innolabs products connect to — instead of rebuilding integrations from scratch for every project.
Telegram bots + mini-apps
Commerce operations — order management, dispatch, customer communication, payment collection — built natively in Telegram where merchants already work.
Fleet + last-mile
Fleet management and last-mile delivery infrastructure adapted for Cambodia's urban and inter-provincial logistics reality.
KHQR integration layer
KHQR payment integration across apps and merchants — not a payment service provider, but the integration layer that connects merchants to the existing infrastructure.
Online seller solutions
Tools adapted for how Cambodian online sellers actually operate — social commerce, Telegram-based ordering, catalogue management, and settlement tracking.
Built from necessity
Started in 2018 when Cambodia's payment API documentation made integration nearly impossible. We built the layer we needed — and kept building.
