ERP beyond one vendor
SAP, Navision and ERPNext in previous lives, Odoo now. Enough exposure to know which problems are genuinely about the software and which are about how the organisation is set up.

Translation is more than language.
Working across Canada, Europe, Africa, Asia-Pacific and Cambodia teaches you that the hard part is rarely vocabulary. It is that each side assumes the other shares its expectations about decisions, timelines and what a commitment means. Most projects that go wrong went wrong there first.
My role is to keep both sides genuinely aligned: the client's leadership on one side, the delivery team on the other, in English, French or Khmer as the conversation requires.
